CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

I, the User of the website https://autofamily.com/ (hereinafter – the "Site"), freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my specific, informed, conscious, and unambiguous consent to Obshchestvo s ogranichennoy otvetstvennostyu "Autofamily" (OOO "Autofamily", INN 5050139342, OGRN 1185050008483, address: 27A Moskovskaya Street, Building 27A, Office 411, Shchyolkovo, Moscow Region, 141112, Russian Federation, hereinafter – the "Operator," "Controller," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") to the processing of my personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable data protection laws.

This Consent is given under the terms set forth in the Privacy Policy posted on the Site at: https://autofamily.com/company/consent/, which I have read and fully agree to.

1. List of Personal Data for Which Consent is Given:

— First name, Last name;

— Date of birth;

— Passport / ID details (series, number, issued by, date of issue);

— Residential address (registration) and actual place of residence;

— Contact phone numbers (mobile, home);

— Email address (E-mail);

— Other information that I consciously and voluntarily provide to the Operator when filling out forms on the Site.

I confirm that all data provided by me in the Site's forms belongs personally to me, is accurate, and is not distorted.

2. Purposes of Personal Data Processing:

I give my consent to the processing of my personal data for the following purposes:

2.1. Providing me with access to the Site's Services, its personalized resources, information, and/or materials contained on the Site.

2.2. Informing me about new products, services, special offers, and events of the Operator (newsletter and marketing communications). The Operator has the right to send me such notifications, and I have the right to opt out of receiving them at any time by sending a letter to info@autofamily.com with the note "Opt-out of marketing communications."

2.3. Establishing feedback with me, including sending notifications and requests regarding the use of the Site, as well as processing my resumes, applications, and requests.

2.4. Confirming the accuracy and completeness of the personal data I have provided.

2.5. Providing me with customer and technical support in case of problems related to the use of the Site.

2.6. Complying with applicable legal obligations, including for the administration of justice and execution of judicial acts, in accordance with applicable law.

3. List of Actions with Personal Data for Which Consent is Given:

I give my consent to the Operator performing the following actions (operations) with my personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, depersonalization/anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data, subject to measures ensuring the protection of personal data from unauthorized access.

The above actions may be carried out both with and without the use of automation tools.

4. Separate Consent to the Dissemination of Personal Data:

I hereby DO NOT give my consent to the dissemination of my personal data (i.e., actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons), except in cases provided for by applicable law, or unless I have previously provided the Operator with a separate consent to dissemination.

5. Duration of Consent and Procedure for Its Withdrawal:

This Consent shall enter into force upon its acceptance (checking the box / clicking the button) and shall remain in effect until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn.

I understand and agree that in the event of my withdrawal of consent, the Operator shall cease processing my data and shall destroy it within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal, except in cases where the Operator is entitled to process without my consent on legal grounds specified in the GDPR (Article 6(1)(b), (c), (e), (f)), the CCPA, and other applicable law.

6. Information About Data Processing:

I am informed that:

6.1. The provision of personal data, except in cases established by applicable law, is not mandatory and is carried out solely of my own free will.

6.2. I have the right to receive full information about my personal data processed by the Operator, including confirmation of the fact of their processing, the legal grounds and purposes of processing, in accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR and other applicable law.

6.3. I have the right to request the rectification, blocking, or erasure of my personal data if they are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unlawfully obtained.

6.4. I have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority (e.g., a Data Protection Authority in the EU/EEA, the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, or the California Privacy Protection Agency in the USA) or to seek a judicial remedy.

6.5. In the event of a personal data breach, the Operator shall, without undue delay and, where feasible, not later than 72 (seventy-two) hours after having become aware of it, notify the competent supervisory authority, unless the breach is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons. If the breach is likely to result in a high risk to my rights and freedoms, the Operator shall also inform me without undue delay.

7. Other Terms:

This Consent is recognized as equivalent to written consent on paper.

The Operator has the right to make changes to this Consent. When changes are made, the date of the last update is indicated in the current version. The new version shall enter into force upon its placement on the Site. If I do not agree with the changes, I undertake to cease using the Site's Services.

The Operator shall not be liable for the use (whether lawful or unlawful) by third parties of information posted by the User on the Site, including its reproduction and distribution carried out by all possible means.

This Consent and the relationship between the Site User and the Operator arising in connection with the application of this Consent shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, unless mandatory provisions of the law of the User's country of residence provide otherwise.
